Booking a Reservation

It is so easy to make a reservation at Poland Spring.

Our nightly or package stays maybe reserved online.
Reserve a weekend package, 5-night mid week package, 7-night package or one or more nights that don't fit into a package plan. Online reservations are not available for cottage rentals, entertainment tickets, unlimited golf option, Maine Trifecta Packages, or reservation for longer than 7 days. Please call for those reservations at (207) 998-4351.
  • Check-in 4 PM until 11 PM Check-out time 11 AM.
  • All rooms are nonsmoking.
  • All rates are plus a $10 key deposit per room which is returned at check-out.
  • All rates are plus 7% sales tax.

Policies:

  • One night stays and online reservations are charged in full at the time of making your reservations.
  • We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
  • Your confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
  • Package balances must be paid 30 days before your check-in date. We prefer payment by check. If we don’t receive your check we will automatically charge your credit card 29-days before your check-in date.

Important Information

Affordable Children Rates: Sharing the same room with 2 adults: 6-12 years - only $20.00 per day plus tax. 0-5 years - no charge; however, we do not provide cribs. High chairs and booster seats are available in all restaurants.

3rd or 4th person in a room: Packages at 2/3 per person rate.

Singles: 150% of the package rates.

Pets: Friendly dogs are allowed at the Presidential Inn in designated rooms, ask us for details (Fee is $20 per stay). They must be leashed at all times. Sorry, no pets except service animals allowed in Maine Inn.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes must be made in writing or by calling our office.

If a reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $5 per person processing fee.

If a reservation is cancelled 29 - 14 days prior to arrival, we will issue a transferable credit voucher only (including the deposit and the balance portion) to be used on a future reservations within 2 years, less a $5 per person processing fee.

There are no refunds for cancellations or changes allowed less than 14 days prior to arrival, late arrivals, early departures, no shows or unused portions of packages. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
