Deposit Policy: A $20 deposit per person is required to guarantee your reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Your confirmation will be mailed to you.
If preferred, we can e-mailed or fax to you.
Your balance is due 30 days before check-in date. We prefer payment by check. If we don’t receive your check we will automatically charge your credit card 29-days before your check-in date.
Check-in & Check-out
Guests are welcome to arrive early or stay late on check-in or check out days to enjoy the outdoor activities here at your leisure. 
Check-In Times:
Spring & Fall Check-in: Begins at noon until 11 PM
Summer (June 24-August 26) Check-in: 4 PM - 11 PM
Late check-ins are available with notice.
Check-Out Time: 11 AM
Check-In and Check-out Locations: is at the Maine Inn for all buildings except for The Lodge. Lodge guests please check-in and check-out at The Lodge Gift Shop.
Affordable Children Rates sharing the same Inn or Lodge room with 2 adults: 6-12 years - only $20.00 per day plus tax. 0-5 years - no charge; however, we do not provide cribs. High chairs and booster seats are available in all restaurants.
Key Deposit: A $5 per person key deposit is automatically charged to your bill, refunded in cash when keys are returned upon check-out.
Sorry, no pets except service animals allowed. Boarding kennels are nearby.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes must be made in writing or by calling our office Monday - Friday between 9 AM - 5 PM.
If a reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $5 per person processing fee.
If a reservation is cancelled 29-14 day prior to arrival, we will issue our transferable credit voucher only (including the deposit and the balance portion) to be used on a future reservations within 2 years, less a $5 per person processing fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations or changes allowed less than 14 days prior to arrival, late arrivals, early departures, no shows or unused portions of packages.
We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Please call your insurance agent for more information.
