Maine Accommodations

Poland Spring Resort has three Inns and eleven cottages surrounding our beautiful golf course. You have many choices for buildings and room types to choose from. Rooms are on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. There are no elevators. At the Maine Inn, there are handicap ramps to one wing, our lobby, and dining room, and one handicap room for wheelchair guests.

All our hotel rooms are kept immaculately clean and nicely, but simply furnished. We supply all bed linens, including one pillow per person. All hotel and cottage bedrooms have air conditioning in the summer and heat in the spring and fall. All of the Inns have private baths and small black and white televisions.

The Maine Inn

All meals are served here at the Maine Inn. The relaxing smoke-free lobby, large veranda, Rick’s Pub, hotel Gift Shop, nightly entertainment, and hotel library are all located here.

Room choices are as follows:

Select: Large room with twins, doubles, or king bed. Convenient to everything. Some non-smoking.

Mountain View: Large room with view of the golf course. Doubles or king bed. Some non-smoking.

Junior Suite: Extra-sized room with lounge area, a king bed and refrigerator. No view.

Penthouse Suite: Great view… king sized room with living area. King bed, large color TV, refrigerator, and more. Our version of the Ritz (not the cracker.)

The Presidential Inn

A Victorian classic. Just a five minute walk from the Maine Inn. Built in 1912 and fully renovated in 1982. Fitness center, gathering room (available for reunions or conferences), games and guest activity room on ground floor.
Room choices are as follows:

Standard: Typical hotel room... you won’t get lost in it, but you can’t hide either. Twins or queen bed. Some non-smoking.

Deluxe: Nice large room with small price. Twins or king bed and refrigerator. Some non-smoking.

Junior Suite: Extra-sized room with lounging area. Most with a king bed, one with two bedrooms with twins and fireplace. All with a refrigerator. Some non-smoking.

Full Suite: Living room and bedroom with king... all with a refrigerator. One with a working fireplace.

The Motor Inn

On the 12th hole of the golf course. A short 1/4 mile drive from the Maine Inn. There is an unlit nature trail to hike to the Maine Inn for meals.

Room choices are as follows:

Subcompact: When you smile, your cheeks touch the walls ... and you’ll smile a lot at the price. 2nd floor. Twin beds only.

Standard: First and second floor with twins, queen or king bed and refrigerator. Some non-smoking.

Junior Suite: Extra-sized room with lounge area, a king bed and refrigerator. Second floor. Scenic golf course view.
